The most delicious salad and vinaigrette dressing
This salad is no doubt hearty with lots of different textures, herbs, and veggies. When I say lots, I mean lots. I love a salad made with an abundance of beautiful veggies. It’s not only filling but it looks so pretty. A great salad to bring to a party.
I also made this meatless, but feel free to add anything you like. I think chicken would be perfect, salmon, shrimp, tuna, or hard-boiled eggs. What made this grandiose is, I went heavy-handed with fresh parmesan cheese. I’ve always had a hard time saying stop when the waiter is grading fresh parmesan cheese. Chefs kiss ✨
Now for the vinaigrette. A salad is only good when it’s dressed properly. I love so many different dressings and salads and I can tell you this is 100% one of my top five favorite dressings. What I love is how simple yet bursting with flavor this dressing is. You need nothing fancy but a few ingredients, a good old jar, and a good shake. Vualá!

- Cabbage
- Fresh parsley
- Red onion
- Yellow bell pepper
- Tomato
- Green onion
- Avocado
- Garbanzo beans
- Kalamata olive
- Fresh basil
- Pinenuts
- Parmesan cheese
Dressing
- 1 Cup Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Lemon
- A pinch of Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp Dried oregano
- A small bunch of Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
