Tangy Tomatillo Salsa

Tangy Tomatillo Salsa

Let’s just say I love salsa! I love all different versions and I mean all. I love salsa from restaurants, canned salsa when I’m in a pinch, hot mild, and smokey but it all pales in comparison to a good fresh homemade salsa.

I have so many different types of salsas that I love to make and this one is a simple go-to salsa that is so tangy and delicious. It serves well with practically everything.

I love to make a big batch of it and keep it in my fridge to incorporate into other meals during the week. We use it to snack on, on top of grilled burgers, enchiladas, tacos, burrito bowls, and eggs + so many more. That is the beauty of homemade salsa. You can use it in practically everything.
