Copycat Wolf Creek Kalamata Olive Aoli Bread Dip

This appetizer is so easy and delicious. This is a copy-cat version of a dip I love so much from a restaurant called Wolf Creek. This dip is so good I don’t even care to eat my dinner. This is a perfect quick appetizer to serve with a rustic bread or a sour dough baguette. You can literally put this together in 10 min,

RECIPE

  • 1 Cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5 Leafs fresh basil
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve with bread slices and enjoy.
