Delicious Crepe Recipe
Crepe is French for pancake. Crepes are much thinner than pancakes and have a different texture. I love crepes! You can practically put a flip flop in it and it would taste good haha.
My favorite fillings are dulce de leche, bananas, strawberries, apples and cinnamon, Nutella, whipped cream and any kind of fruit jelly or jam, whatever you prefer.
I like them sweet but I’ve seen some delicious looking savory ones too. I think I wouldn’t mind trying one with chicken, mushrooms and spinach with a cream sauce. That sounds delicious!
I also wanted to mention how easy this travels if your going on a local vacation. My family loves to camp and I stored a batch in a big water bottle and put it in the cooler. It was pre mixed and ready to pour. So easy to use and hardly any mess. The best part was no bowls to clean. I threw away the water bottle and wiped down the pan. Everyone was a happy camper.
This recipe is definitely a keeper. Enjoy!
