Copycat Chipotle’s Honey Vinaigrette Dressing

Copycat Chipotle’s Honey Vinaigrette Dressing

This is a spin-off of the restaurant’s “Chipotle salad dressing”. It can be a little spicy because of the chipotle peppers depending on how many peppers you use. I find this kind of spice will mellow out. Especially when it’s over a beautiful salad with lots of veggies. It’s a great balance between the two.

This is such a versatile dressing it can be used for lots of things other than just salad. It’s got a nice vibrant/tangy flavor that will go well with fish or shrimp tacos, burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, taquitos, burrito bowls, and more…

Tip: I think avocado adds a smooth creaminess and pairs so well with this dressing.

Note: This dressing is closely compared to the fast food chain Chipotle’s dressing. However, I don’t have the exact ingredients. Here’s my take, and I believe it’s incredibly close!
