Tangy Tomatillo Salsa
Let’s just say I love salsa in any way shape or form! I love restaurant salsa, hot mild, and smokey but it all pales in comparison when it comes to a fresh homemade salsa. You just can’t beat it!
I have so many different types I love to make and this one is a simple go-to salsa that is so tangy and delicious. It serves well with practically everything.
I love to make a big batch of it and keep it in my fridge to incorporate into other meals during the week. We use it to snack, top on grilled burgers, enchiladas, tacos, burrito bowls, and eggs + so many more. You can use it in practically everything!
