The Best Spicy Edamame

This is a quick and easy recpie perfect for a snack or an appatizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. unshelled fresh or frozen edamame soybeans
  • 1 tbsp. Traditional Togarashi Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Red pepper chili flakes
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Fl. Oz. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Fl. Oz. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • Fresh Orange Zest
  • Juice of One Orange
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except edamame to a pan and cook until reduced about 5-8 minutes.
  • Add edamame to pan and cook tossing for a few more minutes.
  • Top with sesames seeds and enjoy!
