1cupshredded cheese of choice (I used shredded cheddar)
1packbrioche rolls (or rolls of choice)
15 ozcan of condensed milk
Instructions
First, you want to slice your steak in thin slices. Next slice both bell peppers and onion.
In a large pan add a tablespoon on butter and add veggies. Sprinkle with salt and pepper cooking until slightly caramelized. You then add the steak and cook until browned.
In a separate small pan add half a block of Velveeta, shredded cheese and small can of condensed milk. Stir until melted. This should only take about 10 min. Be careful not to burn the cheese. Cook it on low heat.
