Bacon Jalapeno Shrimp- with a sweet & spicy pineapple dipping sauce

- 2 Lbs Shrimp- cleaned and deveined
- 1 Package Thin sliced bacon
- 4-6 jalapeno
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp old bay
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Sweet & Spicy Dipping Sauce
- 1 tsp siracha
- 1 tbsp fried chili in oil
- 1/2 Cup pineapple preserves
For the shrimp
Preheat the broiler while you prepare the shrimp.
First, make sure your shrimp is clean and dry. Line them on a paper towel and season on both sides.
Next you will slice your bacon and half and slice your jalapeños. Take one shrimp and one jalapeño and place the jalapeño slices in the middle of the shrimp. Wrap your shrimp with half of the bacon and set on a wire rack.
Place your wire rack on a baking pan lined with foil and broil for 15 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
