My Favorite Go-To Salad Dressing & Chopped Greek Salad
A light vinaigrette with a touch of sweetness
Dressing
- 1/3 Olive oil
- 1/3 Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Dry oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Dry basil
- 2 Tbsp White sugar
- 1 Lemon juiced
- Fresh cracked salt and pepper
Greek Chopped Salad
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1/2 Purple onion
- 1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Fresh basil
- 1/2 Cup Seedless kalamata olives chopped
- 1/2 Cup Denmar Danish Feta
Greek Chop Salad
Slice cucumber in half and chop.
Slice tomatoes in half.
Slice purple onion in half and slice into thin slices.
Give olives a rough chop.
Slice cheese into cubes.
Roll up fresh basil and slice.
