I absolutely love shaved Brussels sprout salad! Even though many people in my family dislike Brussels sprouts, I really encourage you to give them a try raw. They have a pleasant crunchy texture similar to cabbage and they absorb all the delicious flavors you add to them. Since we’re in the early days of fall, this salad feels light and fresh, which is perfect.

Just a handful of ingredients go into making this amazing homemade vinaigrette dressing. It is so easy and delicious. I licked the spoon clean that’s how good it is.

Just a quick tip for shaving Brussels sprouts – using a mandoline really makes it easy to get those nice, thin shaves, especially if you’re prepping a big batch. I personally like using this one  https://amzn.to/4dsrHtW it’s affordable and easy to store.

As for the topping, I used honey-roasted pecan pieces, which added a nice touch of sweet crunch. They were so yummy. I’ll link them here as well. https://amzn.to/3BnASih

This Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad is absolutely perfect for a light and delightful meal. It also makes a fantastic side dish to pair with your favorite main dish like salmon, chicken, or sausage.
