Pumpkin Bread with a Pumpkin Streusel and vanilla glaze
This bread is so full of pumpkin flavor. So if you’re looking for a fall treat, this is it. It is seriously delicious! I have tried so many different recipes. I finally decided to focus on all the things that I love the most about the recipes and adjust some of the spices. This is the final result and it is yummy! This is going to be on repeat every fall.
This will make your house smell so delicious and cozy. All I wanna do is have a slice and watch a fun holiday movie. It gives all the fall feels.
This recipe is pretty easy you don’t need any of your kitchen appliances just a simple whisk, a few bowls, and a loaf pan. I love recipes like that. Simple and delicious!
As for the pumpkin purée, you can use Libby’s purée in the can which I recommend if you’re not using homemade. In this recipe, I used my homemade pumpkin purée. I always recommend making your pumpkin purée if you have the time. Homemade is always best!
Baking Tip
Every oven is different start by baking at 50 minutes and insert a long toothpick or cake tester to see if it comes out clean. If it doesn’t, continue to bake in 5-minute increments until done. My oven took a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350.
