Pumpkin Bread with a Pumpkin Streusel and Vanilla Glaze
A wonderful spiced pumpkin bread topped with a delicious streusel and glaze. It's incredibly delicious and easy to make.

Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 1/3 Cup Brown sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp Cloves
- 1/4 Tsp Allspice
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
Wet Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Pumpkin puree
- 1/3 Cup Sour cream
- 1/2 Cup Melted butter
Pumpkin Spice Streusel
- 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/3 Cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- Dash of salt
- 4 Tbsp Melted butter
Vanilla Glaze
- 4 Tbsp Powder Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Heavy cream
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
first mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
next, mix all of the wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk until combined
Mix both dry and wet ingredients until you have a nice batter.
Pour batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan
Pumpkin Spice Streusel
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice.
Then add melted butter and then stir with a fork until crumbly.
Top loaf and bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour and 5 minutes depending on your oven
