Crispy Parmesan Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are so simple and delicious. I made these in 30 minutes and they lasted about 15 minutes. They went so fast next time I will double the batch.

These can serve as an appetizer or complement a main course. You really can’t go wrong with potato’s and cheese (especially in my house). If you like you can use ketchup for dipping, or if you want to make it even better, a yummy melted cheese dip would take it over the the top. That would please any crowd. Especially with this crowd on a Sunday watching a good football game.

Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Perfectly crisp potato wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • drizzle of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425. While oven is preheating slice the potatoes and add them to a bowl. Next drizzle olive oil and toss until evenly coated, add the remaining ingredients and place on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes on one side, turn over potatoes and bake for a few more minutes until golden brown.
