Crispy Parmesan Potatoes
Perfectly crisp potato wedges

- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 garlic clove minced
- drizzle of olive oil
Preheat oven to 425. While oven is preheating slice the potatoes and add them to a bowl. Next drizzle olive oil and toss until evenly coated, add the remaining ingredients and place on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes on one side, turn over potatoes and bake for a few more minutes until golden brown.
