Grilled Spicy Shrimp Tacos
Easy peasy shrimp tacos that are so easy to make! I love tacos in any way shape or form and this particular recipe was so simple and fresh. Not to mention it was a hot summer day and what better to pair a cold beer with than a grilled shrimp taco.
Ingredients
Shrimp Taco
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 jalapeno minced
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
Jicama Slaw
- 1/2 cup julienne jicama
- 1/2 cup julienne carrot
- 1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1 1 lime juiced
- 1 tsp spoon sour cream
- 1 tsp spoon mayo
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all the wet ingrediance for the shrimp taco in a bowl and let marinate for about 20 min or so.
- While the shrimp are marinating warm up the grill and prepare the slaw. This is just a quick and easy slaw I put together on a hot night, please feel free to add what ever you like.
