- 1 Lbs Roma tomato
- 1 Container Cherry tomato
- 3 Jalapeno
- 2 Anaheim Chilie
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 2 Tbs Salt
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
Fire up the grill and while that’s getting hot, toss the tomato’s and chilies with a little olive oil.
Roast over hot grill until tomato’s and chilies look Burnt.
Once the tomato’s and chilies are done, add them to a bowl along with the garlic, and blend until you get the consistency you like.
Chop onion and cilantro an add to the salsa and top with salt and a squeeze of lime.
