Pita Pocket With The Best Lemon Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

Lemon Grilled Chicken Marinade

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 2 Lemons + zest
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Dried oregano

Pita Platter

  • 3 Persian cucumbers
  • 1/2 Purple onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Olives
  • 1/2 Cup Feta cheese
  • 1 Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 1 Cup Hummus
  • 3 Pita bread sliced in half

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the chicken breast and grill for about 30 minutes until done. Slice and add to a serving dish.
  • Chop all of the veggies. Slice pita bread in half. Arrange around a serving platter along with lemon wedges, and add hummus to a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
