Pineapple Vinaigrette
Delicious tangy recipe perfect for summer!

- 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp Maui onion mustard (it’s amazing! Dip Into Paradise Maui Onion Garlic Mustard.)
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 lime zest and juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt and fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove
Note: If the dressing is too loose add more olive oil and emulsify until it has a thicker consistency.
Instructions are pretty easy add all of the ingredients above into a small blender and blend until it's nicely emulsified.
