Aguachile
Raw cooked shrimp submitted in lime juice and blended chili.

- 2 Lbs Raw shrimp
- 5 Serrano chili
- 6 Large limes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Thinly sliced purple onion
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Bunch Chopped cilantro
Blend 5 serrano chilies (you can remove some of the seeds so it's not as spicy.) and juice from limes, blend until smooth. Pour over shrimp, cover in refrigerator for an hour until pink and cooked. You can chopp The shrimp or leave it whole.
Next add cucumber, cilantro, avocado, purple onion and top with a little more fresh lime juice and salt.
Serve with tortilla chips or a tostada and enjoy!
