Healthy Tropical Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
This healthy treat is far from boring and will leave you feeling fresh and energized. The only thing missing is a beautiful island with clear blue water… Well, at lease this where I imagined I should be eating this tropical bowl of goodness.
I was trying to be healthy but also enjoy a treat so I chose to leave it unsweetened and let the natural sweetness come from the fruit. However, a drizzle of honey would make it extra special.
I will definitely try some more smoothie bowls in the future. This one is a must keep and is a good base. You can switch toppings for anything you like or have in the kitchen so feel free to switch it up. Cheers to healthy eating!
